          In today's world, Everyone of us finds a way to do everything faster and It also includes the food habit. We never care for the healthy one rather we go for the faster one! 
          So, I'm here to bring some "easy healthy snacks on the go" recipes that balance your health and fitness.

Let's Get into the List (easy healthy snacks on the go):

          These recipes would be fun and easy healthy snacks that make you go crazy with its taste..,

1. Delicious Banana Sushi: 

          If you are a fitness freak and need some easy healthy snacks on the go - then this would be my first and best recipe to your healthy food list.

Ingredients:

1.     Banana - 1 No.
2.     Peanut Butter - 2 to 3 Tablespoons
3.     Cinnamon Powder
4.     Raisins and Chopped Nuts(optional)

Cooking Time:

          5 Minutes.

Directions:

1.     Take 1 No. Peeled Banana and Cut into 2-inch pieces.
2.     Apply the Peanut Butter over the sides of the banana.(my favorite is honey peanut butter)
3.     Shake some Cinnamon Powder over the Peanut Butter layer, (Try this instead: Coriander, Cumin, Curry powder, Fennel, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Dried mustard, Pepper (black, cayenne, chili, white), Paprika)
4.     Sprinkle some Raisins and Chopped Nuts(optional)

       >  A Banana when compared to an Apple, it has
  • 4X the Protein,
  • 2X the Carbohydrate,
  • 3X the Phosphorus,
  • 3X the Potassium,
  • 5X the Vitamin A & Iron and
  • 2X the Other Vitamins and Minerals.
       > Peanut Butter would be an inexpensive source of protein. But some peanut butter will contain added sugar and oil, try to find out one without sugar and oil.
       > Cinnamon Contains Anti-inflammatory properties, which protects hearts health and fights diabetes.

2. Strawberry Banana Smoothie:

Another great snack to have it on the go if you are an ice cream lover.

Ingredients:

1.      Strawberry - 6 No.
2.      Lemon - 1 No.
3.      Banana - 1No.
4.      Milk - half cup
5.      Mint Leaves

Cooking Time:

          5 Minutes.

Directions:

1.      Cut Strawberries into small pieces,
2.      Take one tablespoon of lemon juice,
3.      And also cut banana into pieces,
4.      Add everything with a cup of milk and add some mint leaves,
5.      Blend it out well to get the thick consistency and freeze it out for some time.
6.     Yes, it's ready. Serve it and enjoy the taste.

       >  Strawberry is said to be one of the healthiest foods in the world, It largely serves Vitamin C, Manganese, Fibre and other lots more nutrition.
       >  A lemon is known for its Citric acid, and it consists of 29 % of Protein and rests with water and other nutrition. 

3. Strawberry Lemonade:

          A sweet strawberry lemonade is for someone who never drinks enough water on their busy schedule. Coz of its taste, it never gives you space to say "No".

Ingredients:

1.     Strawberry - 2 No.
2.     Lemon - 2 No.
3.     Water - 1 Littre
4.     Mint Leaves

Cooking Time:

          5 Minutes.

Directions:

1.      Cut Strawberries and Lemon into small pieces,
2.      And some mint leaves
3.      Add it to Water and keep it in Refrigerator for a whole night.
4.      Enjoy the taste of strawberry mint and lemon.
